- Agents are intermediaries that may earn a commission or may pay directly for the tour
- Prices may vary depending on the commissions or some special offers

- Known addresses - example hotels timing based on a route timing plan
- Entered addresses - timing to be estimated based on suburb
When a single booking has multiple passengers and will not fit on a single vehicle they may be split across vehicles.
