Booking Wizard
The customer portal provides a place wizard is a way for your customers to login to the system and do things purchase tickets themselves. It is made easy for a casual user by using pictures and simplified screen flows. It is configurable and you can decide what your customer is able to do and the rules that apply.

We provide the code that you can put into a Wordpress website - so you have complete control over the look and feel of the overall site.

Because you have complete control over the Wordpress site you can:
- Provide high level messages from the company - for example links to content (eg ads you have created
- Review existing and previous sales bookings and Debtor Invoices and make payments
- The online booking process
- The customer selects a suitable ticket to book
- All rules within the system will apply
- They may select options that influence the price
- They may need to fill in information required for the booking
- They may want to group activities or accommodation together with others.
- They may add others who they are paying for, or who they want to be notified about their booking
- They checkout and pay either in full or a deposit using a credit card - refer to Eway Credit Card Gateway Module
- They may need to either login or register a new user
- You can later merge users where duplicates get created
- They get an email confirmation about the booking
- They can later login and see details of their booking and history
- Update their information in the system
- Review messages sent to them from you
- You can link to the portal from an existing website or work with us to extend the portal to be your website.)
Customers can through the wizard:
- Create a new user - they will receive an email template that you can modify
- login and create their own bookings - these will simply appear in your system
- Select the number of travellers, infants, bags - the same information you enter
- Pickup / Drop off addresses and flight details
- Pay using credit card - that will pass through eway credit card gateway
- Or nominate to pay cash on the day
