Building inspections involve:
- A client - the person who is paying for the inspection
- A report owner - as reports may be resold and require a report owner for who paid for the report
- An address where the inspection is being done
- Pricing
- Some information about the property for pricing (eg number of bedrooms etc)
- If hourly rate - the rates for 1st hour, second hour and expected duration
- A date and time for the inspection
- Linked inspection report template
- An inspector
- Related fees for inspector
- Related fees for franchisor / Area Franchise owner
- People with roles for the inspection (eg site manager etc)
- Optionally - a project - if part of a larger project of multiple inspections
- Related Inpsection (if the inspection has been sold again)
