Online Ticket Bookings

Online ticket bookings occur via a portal that is directly accessing information in the system.

  • The customer selects a suitable ticket to book
  • All rules within the system will apply
  • They may select options that influence the price
  • They may need to fill in information required for the booking
  • They may want to group activities or accommodation together with others.
  • They may add others who they are paying for, or who they want to be notified about their booking
  • They checkout and pay either in full or a deposit using a credit card - refer to Eway Credit Card Gateway Module
    • They may need to either login or register a new user
    • You can later merge users where duplicates get created
  • They get an email confirmation about the booking
  • They can later login and see details of their booking and history
  • You can link to the portal from an existing website or work with us to extend the portal to be your website.
