Point of Sale Module
A computer can be connected to a handheld barcode scanner, till draw, scale and receipt printer and used as a Retail Till. You can use touchscreen to quickly find items , update quantities and calculate change in a POS Sales Order. There is a printout for shelf tickets and a counting and reconciliation process for closing the till. Credit cards can be captured directly in the system or by reference to a POS device. Inventory will draw from the store Stock Location and you can regularly do Stock Take's to ensure stock levels are correct or re-order. If you sell more than exists in stock the system automatically looks for stock in a linked location and if not found will create a flagged stock transaction that creates the stock on the fly to ensure stock never goes negative.
