Sales Rep Territories - for Daily Sales Run and Telesales Calls

Overview

Sales Managers want to ensure customers are allocated to the

1. Best Delivery Zone - to group with other deliveries
2. Best Delivery Day - to group with other deliveries

Sales reps have regular visits / calls to customers - see Daily Sales Run

Telesales have regular calls to customers - see Telesales

Defaults can be set on Delivery Zone for Delivery day, Sales Rep and Warehouse

Review Delivery Zones to ensure best visit day / Rep combination

1. Best Sales Rep - to group with other sales visits
2. Best visit day - to align with delivery day

Use the grid filter to filter by rep or suburb etc to review different combinations.

Make mass changes to customers from Sales Rep Management Screen

Search for the customers to mass update

Change any or all of the following on the resulting list

• The primary sales rep for an account
• The secondary sales rep for an account
• The Visit Day
• The Visit Pattern
• The Telesales Call Day
• The Telesales Call Pattern
• The Delivery Day
• The Delivery Zone

Concepts

The primary rep for an account

1. Is always the sales rep on the sales order
2. Will be assigned the visits to make in Sales Daily Run based on visit day and cycle
3. Can go on leave = the alternate rep will be assigned the visits on the visit day and cycle in their Sales Daily Run

Reps going on Leave

When a sales rep is on leave - enter the details on their person

1. The Alternate Rep (if one exists) will be assigned the visits on their daily run sheet
   1. If no Alternate Rep - no calls will be assigned

Note - If the sales rep does login when supposed to be on holidays and and creates the daily sales run - all their normal assignments will be created.

If a sales rep calls in sick - enter the leave details in before creating the daily run sheet - enter the leave details and the alternatives will be activated.

If a sales rep calls in sick after the day has been planned - all calls can be manually assigned to Telesales from the run.
