Shopify Flight Risk Orders imported to FKIMP

Flight Risk orders can be imported to Shopify FK or Shopify FR

The lines in FKIMP with flight risk SKUs will be marked as picked (so pick does not try to pick them)

An order with the Flight Risk items imported to FKIMP will be created in FRC

Once the other lines are picked in FKIMP the invoice will also include the FR items

Orders with only FR items should still be in list to pick and be able to be picked

Orders in FR should create intercompany journals (same as POS orders)
