QA Test groups

Used to group together multiple QA Tests into an overall QA test to be used in a situation (like production or cleaning)

Define the name of the QA Test group, link tests to it and save.

QA Test groups are linked to Article on the manufacturing tab to determine the QA tests to use in production

QA Test Groups are linked to Manufacturing Location cleans and used when doing a clean in production.

How to use questionaire grouping

Rather than building lots of individual questionairres you can instead join multiple questionaires together for different situations.

Examples of use:

• QA tests for manufacture a particular product may involve
  • Test for setting up filler A for 200g Bags
  • Test for setting up labeller A for the batch ID
  • Test done during production for Museli products
  • Test done at end of production for Filler A
  • The same production using Labeller B would use a similar group however it would instead have the test for Labeller B included in the group.

Creating a Questionaire group

1. Enter a name to use for the group
2. Enter instructions or notes
3. Select which Questionaire's are to be included
4. Enter sequence number (to enable ordering of the questionaires)
5. Save - clear to enter another
