Seasonal Sales Order

Seasonal Sales Orders are placed in advance of a Seasons dates in order to reserve stock and improve purchasing planning.

A season normally crosses a number of months and deliveries are normally planned at the month level.  Enter the Delivery date for each order entered.

The Seasonal Sales Order covers each month included in the Seasons dates and can be entered across Brands:

• Select a Brands

• Season will default - can select another season

• Select items
  
  

  • Select Styles available for the season

  • Select from general items if you want to only offer them with the season

  • If clothing items

    • Enter colour / size patterns for each style for each month

      • note you can copy colour / size patterns down as you go through the order

• Repeat for next Brand if relevant

• Review overall order

• Submit order

• Order will move to "To be confirmed" status if Seasonal Purchase Order is not yet in "Confirmed" status.
