If the Host Company (your business/s) does have any zones defined - they will be mandatory on a sales order.
Delivery Zone
Define delivery zones to manage your trucks routes. Delivery Zones have parameters like
- '''Mapped PostCodes''' - to determine which orders will by default be associated with the delivery run
- '''default warehouse''' - to default the warehouse stock will be drawn from by the orders
- '''default delivery days''' - to default the delivery days the run will operate
Available actions:
- Add or update or delete Delivery zones
- Track customers or orders that fall under selected delivery zones.
Key Features of the screen are:
- '''Search code''' displays selected delivery zone.
- Can type the name of the user relation & press tab to fetch mapped security roles information
- Same can also be selected from delivery zone master in the button side of the page.
- '''Default delivery day''' lets you define a default day of the week for scheduled delivery and default employee responsible for the same.
- '''Description''' defines description of the selected delivery zone.
- '''Default warehouse''' defines default warehouse to be used for selected delivery zone.
- '''Comma separated postCode'' lets you map list of postal codes (separated by comma) with selected delivery zone.
Customer tab
displays the list of customer that falls within selected delivery zone as per selection of default delivery day
Order tab
displays the list of Orders that falls within selected delivery zone as per selection of default delivery day
