Managing stock in Franchise Networks is made simple by all companies using a shared stock definition.

Stock Article Definitions

Stock Articles definitions are shared across the group.  Users require Secure Features#CanMaintainArticleDetails to make changes to the stock definitions.

1. Normally only the Franchisor will have access to change information about stock articles

Stock purchased by the Franchisor and then sold to the Franchisee

Stock replenished using min/max levels

Franchisor can set Min /Max levels for their warehouse if required

Each Franchisee sets a Min/Max Level on the Article for their warehouse

Franchisee can review Min Max stock that will be requested from the Franchisor at any time

Update the Trigger / Target Levels in the grid 

When ready - create a purchase order on the Franchisor

Creates a Purchase Order in the Franchisee

Creates a Matching Sales order in the Franchisor
