- Some information about the property for pricing (eg number of bedrooms etc)
- If hourly rate - the rates for 1st hour, second hour and expected duration
- A date and time for the inspection
- Linked inspection report template
- An inspector
- Related fees for inspector
- Related fees for franchisor / Area Franchise owner
- People with roles for the inspection (eg site manager etc)
- Optionally - a project - if part of a larger project of multiple inspections
- Related Inpsection (if the inspection has been sold again)

Setting up Template Pricing
Fixed inspection fee and Base price is local to each Host Company. A price on the template will over-ride the service. A price on the template will not normally be required.
