If you call on customers to take orders on a regular cycle - then you will be using the Daily Sales Run
Step-by-step guide
- A Sales reps day starts by creating a call list. This list is created by looking at the rep call cycles in the system
- The rep will then go through the list deciding the companies to call rather than visit - either himself or have Telesales call them instead
- The rep can view the planned visits on the Map to help with this planning
- Then the rep can start calling / visiting customers
- Select the company in the list - the lower area will populate and allow you to get some background
- Before you call - first review the details
- Call and ask for a payment
- Go to Debtor and use Action - Create Payment
- Go to Debtor and use Action - Create Payment
- Then the rep can start calling / visiting customers
The Sales Order
- Click on the Place an Order button
- The order form will open - it will either be a Recommended Order form
- Or it will be a Historical Order Form
- You can indicate the department placing the order.
- Change cycle time on the order ( in order to increase or decrease the amount the customer will order now).
- Add new items to the order
- Access Promotions
