1. Open the runs screen

2. Define the run

3. Enter the vehicles and ATSO's on the run

   1. Note: An ATSO is flagged on the person card
4. 1. 
5. Enter the schedules one by one.  A schedule is between two dates and consists of 
   1. a school that is to be visited
   2. the students that go to that school
   3. The addresses that apply for each morning and afternoon on the schedule
6. First Choose the dates and the school that is being visited
   1. 
7. Then enter students
   1. 1. 
   2. You an enter alternate address
      1. 
   3. you can enter a new student - make sure they are flagged as a Student
      1. 
8. Enter the next student until you have entered all for that schedule
9. Enter the next schedule (repeat from 5 above) until the run is entered.
