Contract bus services is where a contract for repeating bus services exists with set pickups/drop downs.

1. A Driver is Required to be supplied
2. A contract may require change of driver during a route (very long routes)
3. Passengers travel free
4. Pickup and Drop times are important
5. A contract exists that requires performance reporting
