Config settings to configure SMS & email reminders:
SMS configurations
TherapySessionSMSAllowResend - the number of hours after which SMS resend is allowed
If you want to be able to resend SMS's regardless of config, either don't set TherapySessionSMSAllowResend or set it to 0 and it will be ignored (and SMS resending will be permitted)
TherapySessionSMSDayOffset - the number of days prior to the therapy session to send an SMS reminder (must be 1 or greater)Days before is configurable (config setting = TherapySessionSMSDayOffset )
Set as a comma separated list (3,2,1 > dated 3 days before, dated 2 days before, dated next day
SMS are only sent to customers (with a mobile number) with sessions that have NOT been confirmed
Email configurations
TherapySessionEmailDayOffset - the number of days prior to the therapy session to send an Email reminder (must be 1 or greater)

To test sms responses results use test system and test mode.
You will have to enter the Sales Order Number into the sales order screen
