Configurations
Config settings to configure SMS & email reminders:
TherapySessionSMSAllowResend - the number of hours after which SMS resend is allowed
If you want to be able to resend SMS's regardless of config, either don't set TherapySessionSMSAllowResend or set it to 0 and it will be ignored (and SMS resending will be permitted)
TherapySessionSMSDayOffset - the number of days prior to the therapy session to send an SMS reminder (must be 1 or greater)
TherapySessionEmailDayOffset - the number of days prior to the therapy session to send an Email reminder (must be 1 or greater)
SMS Responses in Test Mode
You will have to enter the Sales Order Number into the sales order screen
Then you will have to click on Status - Admin/Test - test mobile pull
If a reply has been sent you will get this message
A positive response will update the booking with a green sms badge and tick confirmed
A negative response will update the booking with sms reply No tool tip
Automated Email Confirmations
Send Emails for bookings three days from now - Click on Send Reminders
Reminder emails received - Click on here
Respond Yes
Need something like this on the dashboard for email confirmed yes (green email)
Respond No
Need something like this on the dashboard like SMS No for Email No
