When a client arrives for their appointment, admin change the appt from green confirmed to orange turned up which shows the same on Kitomba 1 and practitioners know when to come out for their next client. It also is a key component to admin if a client is running late the appt remains unchanged and is a visual cue that there is an issue needing to be resolved (ie. call the client to ensure they are on their way).
- Also if a practitioner has started the working day at 7am and admin start at 8am, admin still need to change the appt status to Started as part of the process.
