Generally

The report with all open debt (All Open Transactions (Secure)) based on invoice date requires the secure feature Secure Features#SeniorAcc(SeniorAccountant)

The report respects the AsAt date on the front of the debtor screen (if require ASAT in the past).

Export from either the report "All Debtors" or if only need open debtors then "Ageing summary by invoice date"

Invoice Journals

Export from the Debtor special report the all open transactions list (note this is a secure report and not generally available).  Secure Feature Required Secure Features#SeniorAcc(SeniorAccountant)

Other Data Required

Filter on create date.
