  1. Yes or y is considered a confirmation

    1. confirmed green sms badge will show on the booking and confirmed is ticked

    2. any other response will tick the “Problem” flag and add text to the booking notes from the reply

Configurations

Config settings to configure SMS & email reminders:

SMS configurations

  1. TherapySessionSMSAllowResend - the number of hours after which SMS resend is allowed

    1. If you want to be able to resend SMS's regardless of config, either don't set TherapySessionSMSAllowResend or set it to 0 and it will be ignored (and SMS resending will be permitted)

  2. Days before is configurable (config setting = TherapySessionSMSDayOffset )

    • Set as a comma separated list (3,2,1 > dated 3 days before, dated 2 days before, dated next day

      • SMS are only sent to customers (with a mobile number) with sessions that have NOT been confirmed

Email configurations

  1. TherapySessionEmailDayOffset - the number of days prior to the therapy session to send an SMS Email reminder (must be 1 or greater)TherapySessionEmailDayOffset - the number of days prior to the therapy session to send an Email reminder (must be 1 or greater)

SMS Responses in Test Mode

To test sms responses results use test system and test mode.

You will have to enter the Sales Order Number into the sales order screen

A positive response will update the booking with a green sms badge and tick confirmed
