A report may be entered and updated through the back end - or using the mobile application (Android)
This shows doing a report from start to finish including reviewing submitted reports
Report status from PLAN to READY
Copies the questions from the Template
This will copy from the template into the report
To do a different report (choice of template needs to change)
Starting to fill in the report - Mark as "On Site"
Fill in the report - answer the questions - use the NA tickbox
The report will normally be filled in using an Android Tablet - this is shown for information only
Capture Photos attached to sections
Review all photos anytime
Can add photos in each section as shown above
As you complete the report sections - you can mark them completed using RIGHTCLICK
Using Show preview
Review the section and how it will display - or preview the entire report in PDF - or export to MSWord
Generate PDF provides a view of how the PDF looks now
Continue editing the report until satisfied with the PDF report
Submit as ready for review (Status menu)
Inspection status includes
- Active onsite
- submitted
- locked for review (unlocks after 1 hour inactivity)
- Rework (rework required) = next step submitted
- 2nd review
- Review Ok
- Closed
Reviews
An inspection can be locked by a reviewer. The reviewer adds comments and can ask the submitter to re-work the report (referring to the comments)
