Manufacturing locations are defined with work times and overhead cost rates for use in batches.  The room has a production rate factor that compares the speed in this room with other rooms and has a special type that is used on batches.  Each room becomes available to view separately on the manufacturing dashboard.

Manufacturing rooms have default employees - actual employees are tracked on batch information and QA Tests

Different types of cleans with associated times and linked QA Test Groups are linked to the room and referenced during production planning.

Internal Manufacturing has an overhead cost rate

Extenal Manufacturing refers to purchase orders to increase product costing.  Suppliers may have lead times and expected durations at the Manufacturing Location level that can be over-ridden at the Article level.
