Action Required Dashboard

Overview

The exceptions dashboard has a list of items that need attention.  The Action column indicates the action required.

1. Quotes that have a TBA line
2. Sales orders that have a TBA line
3. Purchase orders that need to be raised in next 9 days
4. Purchase orders that have been received or counted but not invoiced
5. Fabrications that need final approval or information in next 9 days
6. Fabrications that cannot meet the required delivery date
   

   1. Order lines with a status of TBC will NOT be considered in demand or re-ordering

      Fabrication Order Required by date is derived from event pickup date, event date, order line ETA or order expected delivery date if any and is read only.

7. Customer deliveries that cannot meet planned delivery dates (late purchase orders)
