Overview

Building inspections involve:

  1. A client - the person who is paying for the inspection
  2. A report owner - as reports may be resold and require a report owner for who paid for the report
  3. An address where the inspection is being done
  4. Pricing
    1. Some information about the property for pricing (eg number of bedrooms etc)
    2. If hourly rate - the rates for 1st hour, second hour and expected duration
  5. A date and time for the inspection
  6. Linked inspection report template
  7. An inspector
    1. Related fees for inspector
    2. Related fees for franchisor / Area Franchise owner
  8. People with roles for the inspection (eg site manager etc)
  9. Optionally - a project - if part of a larger project of multiple inspections
  10. Related Inpsection (if the inspection has been sold again)

Setting up Template Pricing

Fixed inspection fee and Base price is local to each Host Company.  A price on the template will over-ride the service.  A price on the template will not normally be required.
