Sales Reps have a Portal where they can login and view information about their customers on a connected tablet. Sales reps will typically
- Have a Daily Sales Run where they call or visit businesses in a sequence they decide
- Review information about the business like current Sales Orders, future seasonal orders, recent purchase history, collections status, interaction history and notes (which team do they follow)
- Visit the business and discuss product ranging to influence the Display Share Discount or Moving Annual Target Discount ( MAT Discount) using the Loyalty Audit screen
- Take photos of the store layouts, Competitors layouts etc.
- Enter a sales order through discussion with the business - using images, sales history, promotions, run-outs and viewing stock levels during the process
When they walk out the door they may want to add some notes for next time or send emails about competitors - but otherwise their work is done.
