Sales Reps have a Portal where they can login and view information about their customers on a connected tablet. Sales reps will typically
- Have a Daily Sales Run where they call or visit businesses in a sequence they decide
- Review information prior to a call or visit
- Sales Orders: current Sales Orders, future orders, Seasonal Orders, customer portal entered orders
- Recent purchase history
- Balance owing and Collections status
- Interaction history including shared interactions with Collections department.
- Sales notes (which team do they follow)
- Visit the business and use the portal to
- Count current stock levels to recommend replenishment order
- Discuss product ranging options
- Influence sales with the Display Share Discount or Moving Annual Target Discount ( MAT Discount) using the Loyalty Audit
- Take photos of the store layouts, Competitors layouts etc.
- Enter requests for Assets (like display stands or Fridges)
- Enter a sales order through discussion with the business
- Using images, sales history, promotions, country wide top sellers list, Runout specials and viewing stock levels during the process
- Capture a payment using credit card
When they walk out the door they may want to add some notes for next time or send emails about competitors - but otherwise their work is done.
