Websites and Portals - normally do not have a choice of "Test" or "Live" = they will be accessed via different urls.

Test is a copy taken from live at some time (let us know if you would like the data updated)

Mode of Login

Employees 

1. are people who work in your business either full time employees, contractors, part time etc.

Member / Business Associate

1. normally a contact at a debtor or creditor.  They will only be able to see data related to that debtor or creditor.  To provide login see customer and supplier logins

Guest

1. for general logins example external accountant
