External Bookkeeper

You can setup an external book-keeper who can login to the system, run reports and also review and adjust transactions. They will have a very simplified access to the system and ability to view.

  1. Type = Member
  2. Use: General Admin --> Relationships --> /wiki/spaces/SI/pages/33055010
  3. Enter Company = the host company they can access
    1. For multiple Host Companies they will require multiple 'Generic Person-Company Relationships'. ie if you want your accountant to be able to see all of your host companies they will require one for each host company they are allowed to view.
  4. Person = the external user who can access
  5. Description,start date, email
  6. Roles Tab
    1. Extenal Accountant
    2. GL - if they are to see the GL
    3. Accounts - if they are able to see accounts.
