Shows queries that can be run from a website internal or external to SaaSplications. Allows a view of the queries

How to use Web Queries

Enter the web queries that your external webpage plans to use here so you can adjust:

• Authentication mode and passkeys used
• If the query is broken up into parts
• If the query is to be run automatically on a schedule
• The name of an export file that is created
• If the query is Ziped or SSAS output
• Review the query sql
• Note you can show only scheduled using tickbox at the top of the list Doubleclick to select a query and populate the screen

General Tab

• A list of the queries
  • Search code used to call the query
  • Query name description
  • Automation if applies
  • Automation start date - if no automation shows the date the query was registered in the system
  • Next run date
  • Last run date
  • Run success
• Fields below enable setting of the various parameters
• SQL is visible only and not able to be modified from here
