  • General 
    To adjust stock up or down this screen can be used. It is designed to be used for one Article at a time.

    • Journal Date is the date the journal will be recorded
    • Reference code - if there is a particular reference to an existing Journal you can enter it otherwise it will create for you. To search for a Journal you can to Record Stock Adjustment this way
    • Enter the Article in the system or Search for it Select. Once this has been selected the available stock will populate into the grid.
    • Double click to select a stock location - or Search
    • Provide direction (increase or Decrease), Quantity, useby and batch number
    • Select a GL account - note commonly used accounts are in the dropdown
    • Create user and time sill be tracked
    • System generated description are can have information added to it. To review stock adjustments have a look at the Article
