Find Possible Duplicates
Rating = confidence of duplicate (1 is very high expectation as many matching items)
Double click to Select one - view details
View possible duplicates > Merge Tab - Right click on any possible duplicate
View differences between your selected one and a possible duplicate

- Field - field being compared
- Old Value - from the "Merge from" record
- Current Value (value that will be retained after the merge) - from the "Merge to" record Select the differences to be changed by
- clicking on RHS under ! to populate from old to current
- Type directly into the Current field if you would like to change the surviving value
