StarshipIT integration overview

  1. StarshipIT system

    1. Obtain an account with StarshipIT

    2. Configure the couriers you will work with and any rates you have agreed

  2. Setup suppliers

    1. Delivery zones can be used to limit the list of options returned for any postcode

Integration

Setup the integration Credentials using the API key and password from your StarshipIT account

When a customer calls or logs onto the web to place an order

  1. They may have a default delivery courier setup on their debtor

Couriers

Setup Couriers that are supported via your StarshipIT account

  1. Flag as Courier

  2. Link to StarshipIT API

  3. Enter shortcode provided by API
