General

This screen provides you with information about changes that have been made in the system to fields that are tracked. Only changes are shown. To see which fields are tracked

  • Use the Type list to see which objects have fields tracked
  • Once you have chosen a Type
    • Use the Field list to see what fields are tracked for that object

If you would like to have additional fields tracked contact Expanz You can also search to see any changes made by any user login in the system Note that if you would like other fields tracked please notify Expanz and we will turn on those fields for you.

Audit Log

Search audit logs on the basis of available filters such as

  • Dates
  • Type
  • User
  • Field
  • Value 

Available actions:

  • Search Audit Logs
  • Export Logs 

Key Features of the screen are:

Upper Panel displays the options with which you can search various events. The search can be performed by any or all of the following available options:

  • Dates: Specify dates in “From” and “To” textboxes or select from “Date” button.
  • User: If user name is known to you, write and search
  • Type: Determines type of log. Choose from the dropdown list.
  • Field: Select field from the dropdown list.
  • Value: Type Value in the textbox Lower Panel displays search results.

Buttons

  • Search button allows search of Logs based on filters put on upper panel.
  • Export - Right click in lower panel window will give option to export searched events. The exported results can be Comma separated, Pipe separated, Tab separated or others based on the options selected in “Export to File” screen. Exportation in the form of XML is also possible. User can save the exported file in the specified folder or can export to temporary folder.
  • No labels
