Audit Features

Audit tracking displays changes to any fields that have audit tracking turned on. 

Who is logged in now?

When did users login / logout and do other significant system actions?

What journals have been changed recently and by who

Audit Tracked Fields

Any changes in the system to fields in the system with tracking turned on can viewed through the Audit Log screen as well as through the Audit button on relevant screens

Audit tracking does not track first creation of the field - just changes.

• Field is the field that was changed
• Old Value
• New Value
• Who is the user login that made the change
• When is date/time stamp of the change

To review all changes to audit tracked fields made by users go to Audit Log

The order log find looks across all order types and allows searching of all order logs
