Warehouse Module

Warehouses are Stock Locations within Host Companies where stock can be stored.  You can have as many as you like and as many levels as you like.

Stock locations

Stock can be stored in multiple owned and 3PL warehouses with n levels as defined in Stock Locations.  Special areas (fridges, freezers, return or damaged stock etc) can be defined with limitations of stock that can be stored there.  Inventory Articles can be directed by the system to be stored in special locations (Freezer, returns location, etc).

Tracking Stock levels

A stocktake of everything in a warehouse can be very time consuming.  Normally there is a hierarchy of importance for stock levels - some are expensive or critical to know stock levels, others are plentiful, cheap or easy to   A solution is to use regular small Stock Takes of different areas at different times reduces the work to continuously check stock levels.  The Low Stock Dashboard makes it easy to find expiring items in the warehouse. You can easily move stock to refill pick faces or make room for newly arriving stock.  Automatic stock moves can be configured in the system (such as automatically moving full pallets that have been opened to a bottom bay location). Stock can be kept up to date using Record Stock Adjustment when changes need to be made.

Pick Pack and Ship

  1. The Pick Dashboard makes it easy to find filter and Quick Pick Sales Orders.
  2. Then Pack Sales Order simplifies the packing into cartons and onto pallets allowing adjustments to the original cartonising plan from the Cartonising process and printing of shipping documents once complete.
  3. The Dispatching Dashboard makes it easy to find the right items when the carriers arrive and quickly mark them all as shipped.

Small orders can be grouped together into a larger bulk pick - moved to a packing location - then packed into the smaller orders.

  • For example a large number of orders each with a few items such as Web Sales Orders direct to the consumer
  • No labels
