Anonymous Requests
Overview
This screen is used to check if people who have gone to your webpage and requested something are already in the system and hence the interaction should be merged into an existing record. Â Because they have not logged into the website we cannot be sure who they are.
Subscribe and UnSubscribe
Persons who go to the webpage or click on a link in the bottom of an email can subscribe or unsubscribe, they will get an email to confirm. If they click to confirm then request will be OK otherwise it will be partial. To check if someone is registered for the newsletter navigate to Person screen
- Owner should be your company
- Profile tab should show the /wiki/spaces/SI/pages/33054915 for the newsletter with subscribe or unsubscribe set. Similar to Anonymous Transactions however used to process Newsletter subscription requests such as Re-subscribe, RSVP, Subscribe, Unsubscribe that have not matched to a Debtor Maintenance are able to be matched by searching in the system or a new Debtor Created if they are not found
- Get Oldest Button (not used)
- Fix Ownership Button is to fix ownership for all requests if ownership is not set to the company that the request was registered for
How to use Anonymous Transactions
- Transaction List and Finder Tab
- Use date + Filters to find requests that have not matched
- Doubleclick or rightclick to select
- Transaction details will populate information to Process Transaction Tab
- Possible Match will list in Match Entity Tab
- Review details
- List Matching will search for possible matches in the system and show in Match Entity Tab
- Rightclick on list result to deem person a match and match transaction
- Save as New Person if not considered a match will create a new Person in the system
- Fix Ownership to ensure the list are owned by and all linked to the event owner
- Get Oldest (not used)
Match Entity Tab
 An overview of the transaction details and a list of possible matches to a debtor.
- Status Button to change status
- Reject button to reject link to person
- Person Data Processed
- Date of transaction
- IP address of the computer that did the transaction
- Probable duplicate is flagged in the system
- Yes then merge using rightclick merge person
- No then unique
Person Details
From the transaction
- First Name, Last Name, Phone number, Company Name, Position, Department, Affiliation, Email Address, Street, Suburb, Post Code, Mobile, Fax, ?1, ?2
- Save as New Person button to create new Person
Notes
- Their Notes from the transaction
- Our Notes to attach notes to the transaction
List of Possible Matches
From the '''List Matching''' Button this list is of persons in the system that may match (Matching rules?)
- Firstname, lastname, phone, mobile, company, position, street, Suburb, DOB

- Request Type
- Request Details
- Object ID
- Key or Token is the code that is part of the confirmation link
- Key or Token2
- Date confirmed
- Confirm IP Address
- Process Request button to (not used)
Confirm Request button can confirm so they do not have to click on the email confirm link - will show as Manual in status of request
Transaction List and Finder Tab
To find Requests that are marked as Anonymous (anyone who has registered online)
- Date of the transaction, First name, last name, company name, email address, duplication, Request Type, Request Detail, Status of the request
