Service Vouchers

Service Vouchers are a special version of Purchase Order from PO to Goods Receipt that is used in the Travel Business.

Service Vouchers enable booking of suppliers for Services General Overview that may be required as part of a booking.  Some of the key features of Service Vouchers

1. Free Text Fields for your notes and description of what is required of the supplier
2. Key Dates
3. Print Layout - the print layout is less formal than a normal purchase order however it is likely to have company terms and conditions.
4. Status - the Service Voucher may go through multiple statuses
5. Service Vouchers may be adjusted many times before they are paid
6. Service Vouchers may not be paid to the organisation they are sent to.
