Overview
Credit cards can be either used once or "Remembered" to be used again
Cards numbers are NOT stored in the system
Remembered Customer credit cards are held on the person.
- The person can be a debtor - that can use the card
- The person can be a contact on a Debtor
Where to see the cards on the Debtor
Card details are stored on the person
Deposits and Prepaid items
The amount is taken immediately from the card
Stock Articles you plan to ship
Money Reserved - on the card as the item is added to a pick - if the reservation fails the order will be removed from the pick
Money taken - on pick confirm and invoice creation - the payment will only be for the items picked. Items not picked will have zero quantity invoiced and will not have been paid for.
