Customer Credit Cards

Overview
Credit cards can be either used once or "Remembered" to be used again
Cards numbers are NOT stored in the system
Where to see the cards on the Debtor
Card details are stored on the person
Deposits and Prepaid items
The amount is taken immediately from the card
COD Debtors - reservation on order, payment on invoice
Flag on Host Company
Reservations are taken before the order can be Authorised
When the order is picked and invoiced - the Credit Card is immediately charged (consuming the reservation)
This removes the "Back Order" problem that occurs if you have to short ship an order. The payment is always for the invoiced amount which is the shipped amount.
Payment anytime
A payment can be taken anytime either through the website or through the back end system once the credit card is available to the debtor.
Payment at terms
Preferred payment method = Credit Card.
The Credit card with seq = 1 will be transacted on the day the invoice is due.
