How to use this report
- Select from or to date - can use pulldown or enter dates directly
- Run Report
Columns in this report
- COA code = chart of account code
- Account Name - GL account name
- Opening Balance - balance at beginning of from date chosen
- Total Debits - from start of from date to end of to date
- Total Credits - from start of from date to end of to date
- Net Activity = Credits - Debits
- Closing Balance = Opening Balance + Net Activity
