How to use this report

  1. Select from or to date - can use pulldown or enter dates directly
  2. Run Report

Columns in this report

  • COA code = chart of account code
  • Account Name - GL account name
  • Opening Balance - balance at beginning of from date chosen
  • Total Debits - from start of from date to end of to date
  • Total Credits - from start of from date to end of to date
  • Net Activity = Credits - Debits
  • Closing Balance = Opening Balance + Net Activity
