Business is often conducted with products grouped into Brands.
Companies plan purchasing, sales and review financials based on brands.
Brands are therefore a key way of filtering information in the business as a Brand is often thought of as a small individual business within a business.
Each Brand may have a number of ranges
Within the system:
Brands exist as a method of filtering Articles across the system and in reports or Webstore
Each supplier can supply one or many brands
Each Brand may have multiple suppliers
Each Brand will have items in multiple Article Categories
A Brand may be a house brand - where the brand is added by your business rather than your supplier
Brands and Ranges can be created by an import of Stock Articles
