Price Lists - Printing

Overview

Used to print a price list that is suitable to send directly to the customer.

  1. A Branch is chosen - Products will only be listed if:
      • They have a price in the selected price list for the selected branch.
      • Their supplier (Manufacturer) is available in the selected state (Creditor form, Supplier tab, either no states are ticked or the selected state is ticked).
  2. The Price list name will default (it can be edited)
  3. The date effective can be the current date or next two months
  4. If the Price List has a Next Effective Date then you can choose to use the New prices. 
  5. Choose the brands image to be shown on the report - Can upload a new image to use (Edit>Upload new brand image for prices report)
  6. The delivery fees shown are sourced from the Host Company form, Branches tab, Delivery Charges sub-tab
  7. Sales reps are listed on the report 

Running the report

If the user is a Head Office user then select the Branch whose prices are to be printed.

Select a price list.

Go to the Report tab.

Choose the state required.

If the Price List has a Next Effective Date then you can choose to use the New prices

Choose the brands image to be shown on the report

Articles will only be listed if they have a price for the selected branch.

Click the Print button to print the report. A PDF will be generated and opened for you to save and/or print.

Branch delivery Fees

The delivery fees shown are sourced from the Host Company form, Branches tab, Delivery Charges sub-tab.

Price effective dates

If the Price List has a Next Effective Date then you can choose to use the New prices. If the Next Effective Date is on or before the first day of the month of the report then the default will be to show the new prices.

Access to the report

Admin menu -> Pricing -> Price Lists

Sales Reps Listed on the Report

For a sales rep to be listed they must be an employee that has:

  • An assigned role of sales rep or sales agent or have the Sales Rep Role Profile in Advanced Options ticked.
  • OK Status.
  • The selected branch.
  • A description of the areas covered in the Employee Title field.
  • A Mobile or Telephone No on the Person form.
  • 15% or more of their assigned active customers must be HORECA or Grocery.

Brand Images

Choose the brands image to be shown on the report.

An image can also be uploaded using the Edit menu (General tab) option 'Upload new brands image for Price Report' (for uploading the first image).

  1. Select the image by right clicking the Description in the list and choosing Select, or by double clicking the Description.
  2. The name of the selected image will be shown.
  3. An image can be viewed by right clicking the Description and choosing View.
  4. An image can be deleted by right clicking the Description and choosing Delete.
  5. An image can be uploaded by right clicking any Description and choosing Upload new image.
