Summary

The shuttle driver does have a view of future runs they are assigned to

The driver logs in, confirms they are suitable to drive and no issues with the vehicle

The driver starts the run - marking bookings onboard as found

When all on board and next is a destination - the destination lists

Mark all offboard at the destination and the next leg (From or to a destination) is started

There are a couple of key concepts

1. Going to a destination bookings are Green

2. The current address to go to is yellow

   1. If a pickup will show PICK UP

   2. if a drop off will show DROP

3. Once all bookings are onboard when heading to a destination

   1. The destination address is shown (Mark all off with a single button)

4. Pickups at a destination are yellow

   1. Once all picked up - the next address is a DROP

The vehicle check and driver confirmation of suitability to drive must be completed

Start / Continue the Day

The first pickup will be shown - all pickups at this address have a yellow background

Mark as onboard each booking

Add Passengers at this stop

The last booking has the ability to find other bookings at this stop

Add passengers at this stop will list other bookings that might be at this stop (normally their expected pickup time has them on a later run - but people will turn up early)

Choose a booking to have it added to your run and marked as onboard

Leave this stop button

The leave this stop button will mark any bookings not picked up as “Missed”. If they present to a later shuttle the driver can mark the on board using the “Add Passenger at this Stop” button

Next booking

Once the last booking is onboard > the next booking is shown

DROP at destination

When at the destination mark the bookings off (one click for all bookings)

Then pickup from the destination

A list of all bookings expected at the destination can be marked onboard

The view will then switch to the drop-off view
