Manufacturing Dashboard
The manufacturing dashboard allows you to simply see and plan your overall production. You will see manufacturing orders across a number of days that float until they have been Authorised.
How to use the Manufacturing Dashboard
- Select a manufacturing location to view
- Enter the from / to dates
- Use "Apply Changes" button to refresh the dashboard based on the updates you have done.
- Production orders will list in date and start time order
- Room start/end time and also clean types and durations are defined in Manufacturing location
- Time taken by a job in the dashboard includes production time and cleaning time
- Note jobs will float if you have not entered a start time. If a job finishes later than expected - all jobs will change expected start time.
- Open any Production Order by double clicking on the LHS of the dashboard
- If a production order is in production it will open in the "Produce an Order" screen
- If not in production it will open in the review screen
- If a production order is in production it will open in the "Produce an Order" screen
- Use the "Sequence" number to change the sequence of jobs
- If you have a job currently sequenced at 50 and you want it before the one at 30 then enter 25 into the column and "Apply Changes"
- Note the "linked Jobs" column shows jobs related to the job you are viewing
- Use "Reset Dashboard" button to change the Manufacturing Location you are viewing
