A Sales Reps Daily Calls
Create the call list
A Sales reps day starts by creating a call list. This list is created by looking at the rep call cycles in the system
Leads appear in a separate grid
Decide who to call and who to visit
The rep will then go through the list deciding the companies to call rather than visit - either himself or have Telesales call them instead
If you send a call to Telesales - it will remain in your "Not Completed" list until Telesales have a call outcome.
Addresses showing in List
The Address showing will be the delivery address.
Any address flagged as Delivery/Sales will take preference, then delivery address

Select the company in the list - the lower area will populate and allow you to get some background. Before you call - first review the details
