Overview

The Price Matrix is an editable view of the pricing in the system. Review Pricing when you sell products for general information

How to use Price Matrix

  1. Optional - Enter a category of interest
  2. Refresh
  3. Review details
  4. Edit prices directly in the grid Note that changes to prices are not currently tracked except for the changes to the Default Sell Price through System Event Log Pricing can also be set on Article#Prices Tab for each of the /wiki/spaces/SI/pages/33054894.

Screen details

An Editable grid of prices with the following columns:

  • Article Categories, Item SKU, Item Description
  • Buy price - only visible if you have authority to see buy prices
  • Sell price as set on Article#Article Tab
  • Prices by Price list
  • Max Quantity as set on Article#Prices Tab to limit the quantity available to be placed into the cart in special situations - e.g. Agents Portal
  • Note that it can be set that if an item does not have a price in the price list of the Agent it will not appear on the Agents portal.
