When training - work in the test system.  Data is copied from live regularly and anything you do will be lost - so you can try different things without concern.

When logging in - choose TEST

Your company logo will be overlaid with TEST in the system as a confirmation and you will also see it in the breadcrumbs.

The test system

  1. Does not send out emails or SMS (athough you can send tests to yourself from the Email Templates
  2. Does not pass Credit Card transactions to live systems (only test systems)
  3. Does not integrate to 3PL live systems (only test systems)
  4. Will integrate with your test website / webstore for testing purposes
  5. Will integrate with your test Android or Apple Applications
  6. Gets refreshed by us to suit your testing
  7. May have code not available yet in live that is there for testing
  8. Logs you out after idle of 30 mins (live is longer)
