445 Calendar Rules

445 calendar rules:

1. Rules:
   1. Week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday.
   2. Last day of year is last Sunday in December.
   3. There are usually 52 weeks in a year but sometimes there will be 53.
   4. The year consists of 4 quarters of 3 months each.
   5. The first 2 months of each quarter have 4 weeks each.
   6. The last month of each quarter usually has 5 weeks but in a 53 week year the last month of the last quarter has 6 weeks.
   7. The next 53 week year will be 2023.
2. The 445 calendar is implemented in:
   1. Sales Tracker form, Month to date button.
   2. Sales Charts form:
      1. Month to date button.
      2. Date range menu, (445) options:
   3. Emailed Daily Sales KPI reports:
      1. Monthly revenue report.
      2. Manual initiation via Employee menu, Reports End Date menu, End previous 445 month option.
      3. Note that the calculation of sales for the previous year uses the same period 52 weeks earlier and does not take into account the 445 calendar months of the previous year. If comparing a 52 week year to a 53 week year then the current year monthly revenue report will fall within the 445 calendar month but the previous year might not. However both the current and the previous years will be reporting the same number of weeks and days and at the same time of year.
