Overview

When your custotmers pay a regular subscription

Subscriptions

A Subscription is an agreement that your customer is to pay you for a fixed set of services on a regular frequency

If those services change at any time  - the change is audit tracked

Attach signed agreements for reference

Created Invoice

Where your subscription is paid to you by a Reseller

Define a Buying Group ( Customers and the Debtor Card#DebtorsmaybepartofaBuyingGroup ) in the name of the reseller

Update the Debtor that has the subscription to be "Invoice my Buying Group" - the invoice will then be created for the Reseller

Setups - Services

Setup the Services as special type "Fee/Surcharge"
